Patricia Mizutani, M.D.
Dr. Patricia Mizutani Dr. Patricia Mizutani earned her Medical Degree at the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington D.C. , and completed her Radiology residency at the George Washington University Hospital , Department of Radiology. Dr. Mizutani received her fellowship training in Body Imaging at Oregon Health Sciences University , Department of Radiology and has subspecialty training in Body Imaging.

She has been with Vancouver Radiologists, P.C. since 1998.
Joel Rubenstein, M.D.
Dr. Joel Rubenstein A native of Chicago, IL Dr. Joel Rubenstein is a Board certified radiologist since 1978. He earned his medical degree from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine and completed a diagnostic radiology residency at University of California, San Diego. Dr. Rubenstein also holds a Ph.D.in Biochemistry from Loyola University of Chicago.

He received subspecialty fellowship training in Body Imaging and has received additional training in Musculoskeletal Imaging, in which he currently specializes. After serving 16 years as Medical Director of Rubenstein Radiology in Reno, NV and helping to establish EPIC Imaging in Beaverton, OR, he joined Vancouver Radiologists in 2004. He has served the group as Chief Operating Officer since 2005.
